White & Yellow

Thursdays (06:00 – 07:15 pm)
& Saturdays (12:00 – 01:30 pm)

Green, Blue & Violet

Thursdays (07:00 – 08:15 pm)
& Saturdays (01:30 – 03:15 pm)

Brown & Up

Tuesdays (07:00 – 08:30 pm)
& Sundays (06:30 – 08:00 am)

General
(Intro, Extras, Breathing & Yoga techniques)

 

Thursdays (08:15 – 09:00 pm)
& Saturdays (03:15 – 04:00 pm)

A typical class runs as follows:
1. Opening ritual
2. Warm up, Stretching, Breathing & Physical conditioning
3. Review of former lessons
4. A new lesson on techniques, forms and self-defence
5. Sparring or extra practice of the lesson of the day
6. Announcements & Closing ritual

Classes are focused on building physical strength, balance and techniques.

In addition to forms, fighting techniques and physical conditioning, sparring and preparation for tournaments usually takes place in extra classes so those who are beginners or prefer to learn slowly do not feel left behind.
